About Us

My name is David, I am an innovative and creative learning ninja. I founded TutorScapes to help empower my learners to be more socially, emotionally, and globally aware citizens through authentic project and creative based experiences.

We have now clocked up thousands of hours’ experience teaching in schools, colleges and online privately tutoring and mentoring. We are a very sporty team and enjoy mountain biking, rugby, football, cricket, and baseball. David has worked in industry as a retail manager and has helped many students with work experience placements. We have supported and prepared students for their UCAS applications to study at university and advanced apprenticeships.

We are experienced teaching children with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyscalculia, processing issues, dyspraxia, and sensory processing difficulties. Every session will be tailored with a programme to suit an individual student’s requirements. We can design visual timetables and implement sensory plans when required. We have further experience in Assessments and Home-school advisory services.

Our role is as much facilitator as teacher to model entrepreneurial behaviour in each of our students enabling them to develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours to succeed in their studies. We are keen to develop students emotional and cultural intelligences in additional to academic intelligence.
